Foam Machine B

A specialized, typically portable sprayer machine designed to apply a layer of expanding foam adhesive or cushioning foam to the back of vehicle carpet, headliners, and upholstery panels during repair or replacement. The machine mixes two liquid chemical components (usually Polyol and Isocyanate) at the spray gun tip. When sprayed, the mixed liquid begins to react and expand into a flexible, adhesive foam that bonds to the fabric and backing surface, providing sound deadening, insulation, and padding.
